Neighborhood News
COVID-19, Tennis Courts & Common Areas
The gates and locks are fixed. The new code can be found under the link on this page. DO NOT SHARE this code with anyone outside the Association. It was noted during the past few months that non-association members were utilizing the courts and social distancing protocols were not being followed, both which led to the difficult decision to close the courts entirely. Please recreate sensibly so that we can keep the courts open!
Please note the updated county Order referenced here: Joint Public Health Order 2020-05 - Stabilization Phase.
Social Distancing Protocols (section 3 of the Order) must be followed.
Of note particularly to recreation and outdoor courts (section 9 of the Order):
  • No congregating on... outdoor spaces in numbers greater than twenty (20) people.
  • Individuals will not engage in close contact or team sports. Sports fields and courts may remain open, but should only be used individually or by members of the same household.
  • Play for pickleball and tennis at limited capacity (i.e.; singles-only).
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Notice: All impounded watercraft have been disposed of (sold or donated)
There were many kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, etc. stored at the Big Lake Park and/or Peninsula location that were in violation of the watercraft policy which is available under the Documents section of this site. The season storage end date of October 15, 2019 had long passed and the craft in violation were impounded after having a warning sticker placed on them for a month. Notice was given through this homepage and through your HOA representative about the policy, impound and pending sale of abandonded craft in May of this year.
The Association has moved to a sticker-based registration system this year, so if you desire to store your craft seasonally at one of the two approved locations, please read and follow the instructions in the Policy using the Documents link above.
The policy was put into place to ensure only Members are storing craft and utilizing the lakes and that craft do not become abandoned. Thank you for your understanding.
