COVID-19, Tennis Courts & Common Areas
In reference to the county wide, updated Joint Public Health Order (Joint-Public-Health-Order-2020-04-30-Stabilization Phase).
It seems a lot of people are getting out and recreating, including using the common areas (tennis courts, playgrounds, parks) which isn't necessarily against the order as long as social distancing is practiced and congregating in groups is not happening.
Unfortunately for the tennis courts, the locks/gates are malfunctioning and will take a couple of weeks to get serviced. It was also observed that some users were not adhering to proper social distancing and there were non-association members utilizing the courts, both actions which put our members at risk. After much deliberation, the association board has made the decision to close down the courts until the health order is lifted and/or the locks are fixed. We regret any inconvenience this has caused our members.

Notice: All watercraft have been removed from association property
There were many kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, etc. stored at the Big Lake Park and/or Peninsula location that were in violation of the watercraft policy which is available under the Documents section of this site. The season storage end date of October 15 has long passed and the craft in violation were impounded. If your equipment was impounded you must claim your equipment by contacting the Manager before May 15, 2020 or it will be sold, donated or otherwise disposed of the following day on Saturday, May 16, 2020. Please see this notice for more information.
The policy was put into place to ensure only Members are storing craft and utilizing the lakes and that craft do not become abandoned. Thank you for your understanding.
